International Orders

To be fair to both parties, I ask those outside of Canada to send an address so I can obtain a proper shipping quote. I reserve the right to adjust the invoice if the actual shipping costs are more than what Canada Post website states. I will also refund if you are overcharged.

Work Can be bought on-line or can be purchased directly to avoid shipping and handling charges. Please contact us if interested in direct sales. 

Caring for the work

My low-fired vessels have a unique MNO lichen glaze fired to cone 06 – 1800F (982 C).
Vessels are semi-porous – if water is to be used inside, insert a water-tight container to prevent water marks on the table surface; this is typical of any low-fired work. The lichen glaze surface can be delicate and small chips may fall off if scraped hard; this is all part of the uniqueness and continuous transition of the piece. We cannot guarantee food safety when serving anything in liquid form, however, it is safe and fine to serve dry goods. Delicate dusting may be required to remove accumulation over time. 

Refunds

No refunds are given at this time, only exchanges within six days of receipt. If work arrives damaged (excluding minor flaking of some surfaces, which is to be expected), please send photos showing damage to the work when unpacking the shipment. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within six days of receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover returned shipping costs and to make sure the item is safely packaged. Please contact me for more information regarding exchanges.

Timeline

I usually ship work within a day or two, but sometimes I may be delayed. I will send an email explaining any anticipated delays. I ship work via Canadian Post.
